they use ratan sticks made for sparing not the stick made of kamagong the subtitutes for a sword so no one gets killed but kamagong stick can crack a mans skull but ratan sticks can cause you serious injuries aswell

Agression developed thru athletics is the ability to channel all your physical and mental energy at one task and not stop until you are done. Athletics who have trained this ability thru hard training under enormous pressure will be able to use it in whatever task they are presented to. When you learn to know your own agression you can switch it on and off like like flipping the light switch, as you can see in the video. When you know yourself you are in control.
