I met Phil in a bike shop and that day he was all over the box saying that Armstrong couldnt be using because if you knew the rider I knew youd see he is clean,I trust the riders more than I trust Ligget

i hate to say this because ligget is a gift to cycling especially american cycling..ive gotten to meet him and he is very down to earth..im 34 i started riding in 1985, i recall the first drug scandel i heard of was delgado in 1988, the drug was not on the olimpic banned list so he got off..and guys from the 80s left and right say how they doped..and then ligget acts so skeptical, still?

im no DR but i can tell you testosterone is not some mircle drug that today your a nobody tommorow you are unstopable..also if u think about it why would anyone take a drug so detictablethaqt has had a test for 20 years? no one in thier right mind would do it..and then landis took the jersy back..
i was thinking amphetamines he may have taken but god knows..if the tour ends i will always be a cyclist, as ive been for nearly 24 years

I support doping in cycling. Yes, every cyclist should be on EPO or something, it helps.. It gives you a real power. Hey don't knock it til you try it. I'm Joking... Hey I'm just joking. However, I will say this, the UCI has not done a good job, but nor has the NFL, Baseball and other sports. It's a real issue, as we all know. It just makes it a little hard for me get behind a ride that I like and whom may be winning in a tour or race, like last years Tour De France. It sucks for us all.

Drug testing is corrupt. I'm sick of the 95% of the people that dont know it/ 5% who pretend its not true. Oh yeah, and the 99% of pro riders that claim they dont take drugs that do. Yeah, they are innocent in the sport's sick world. "The evil ones Phil?" Then Kick everyone out dude and have cat. 2's race the tour. Along with no prize money, TV coverage and commercial sponsorship and you have, ah em, a 29 km/hr tour de France with no drugs except oatmeal, buffalo wings and multivitamins.

I dont think he cheated, I think he should have banked some blood that didnt have testosterone in it. Or he should have only transfused the red blood cells. You people dont understand: YOU CANNOT MAKE IT TO THE TOUR WITHOUT MASSIVE AMMOUNTS OF DRUGS.

I don't care. After watching the tour and after watching it realizing they have been doping for years it changes nothing. Have you enjoyed watching the tour in the last 20 years? Then you enjoyed watching people on drugs. Get over it. Whether or not they are on drugs (and they are) it is still fun to watch.

I think that you guys need to relax a little. The sport has been taking a hit for sometime. None of you can prove that they are all on drugs are not. So I think we should cut these guys some slack. They work hard and train hard. They race insain amounts.

I would liek to see this...Pro cycling with no drugs...and seeing people in pain and torture going up the moutains and havibg a hard time, getting slower stages, I want to see geniune effort, not pedalling up a mountain out the saddle like a zombie...oh I just described Virenque!...lol WE WANT A CLEAN SPORT

Fool. The transfusion process itself is illegal, regardless of what substances Floyd et al may have coursing through their veins. What surprises me in the whole Landis malarky is that anyone, especially as experienced as someone like Landis, would ever test positive for testosterone. The synthetically-produced testosterone is so easily detectable that only the very naive or very stupid would use it. If it's of any interest to anyone, doping in cycling can be traced back as far back at 1896!
