Well, I did have to phone order them. But Bape stores in Japan usually do not do International shipping. My friend,however, made the exception and did let me make a phone order from Bape Hirsoshima, but I had to pay a SUBSTANTIAL amount for shipping, since they do not usually do the international shipping, and yes to answer your question =]
