From a very old family recipe, that remains a closely guarded secret, this mustard is hand-made by the Benedictine Sisters at Queen of Angels Monastery. The proceeds help feed a small community of local homeless people, and migrant families.

Videos like this always inspire.One little query though, When they are making mustard wouldn't it be a better idea to use gloves while pouring the mustard into the jars and such?

Well said! I'm not catholic, but at least they're helping others and not having to rely on government money to do it. That's a big plus.
