I don't know... there's something in Ezdrummer (especialy the DFH and the standart kit) that sounds not good and not satisfied enough... for more realistic sound, I think you should try

It's all in how the drums are mixed. If you don't play with the mixer to add more room or overheads, it will sound more processed and modern sounding. I personally like vintage sounding drums better so I turn the individual mics down and turn the overheads and room mics up. Try that with the Vintage Drum Kit and it's like you have John Bonham in the room with you.

i was thinking about getting this program since my band and i dont really have the stuff needed for recording our drums the good old fashioned way... i heard from someone that you can just import a MIDI file (in my case from guitar pro 5, since we have all our songs tabbed out there) to DFH, is that true?
