Who couldn't love Kelly Pickler? Whoever's video taping this looks like they may have taken a lesson from me....LOL. I posted a video of my daughter singing SBYM on here and thought I'd share with you. Tammy Wynette is the original, but I'm sure she's looking down here and is thankful that so many people love to sing her songs.

Kelly's version is much better, sounds more true to the original...Carrie's voice is not old fashioned or country, twangy (?) enough! I thought this was really good!

I love Carrie's version because it sounds different then the origional, sometimes don't people like to listen to how things are done differently? Like hearing rock songs done country or any kind of radio remix, it's something that makes you go, "shoot, that's not how I'm used to hearing it done, that's kinda cool." That's probably why I prefer Carrie's. BUT, in the same breath, Kelly does it justice as well, it's very classic sounding.

Kelli and Carrie need singing lessons to help them through this song. Tammy prefers Martina's version, I'm sure. Her happiness in this is only that the younger crowd is trying to sing her song and she shows them up. Sorry Kelly fans. The missing element is the raw emotion. You have to grow up a bit to capture that.

i think kellie sounds the most like tammy on this cover as opposed to carrie or martina... but lets face it guys, theyre all amazing vocalists and theyve all made their mark on country music. i personally love all 3 versions... as well as kristy lee cooks. ya'll should check that one out too
