| He put Linux on it. that's why it looks the way it did. Normal iPods have another OS on it (I'm not sure what) that is very limited and not very useful. I don't even think you can make your ipod screen look like that on a normal ipod. He installed linux on it so that he could do whatever he wanted to it (i.e. change the background, load a bunch of cool games rather than the P.O.S. apple games, etc.) |

| listen the backbone of the mac is unix or something like that. its like linux to a poin, but cost about 200 quid more. now windows is a mac rip off. bill copied it after doing a job for them. Now linux is free. maybe your router has linux running it. my linksys router does. Nice product. |

| don't get me wrong i like linux i tried Ubutu and loved it i am a mac user but its stupid that people who use mac get called f%gs and retards idiots from people that never tried a mac and if they did try a mac it was a old mac with a old OS and ppc chip you can hate mac but you can't mac users |

| I agree. An apple computer has many advantages over the PC. I'm a PC user myself because it's cheaper for now. But I plan to be a graphics designer some day and I'm surely going to buy a mac when I'll start to do some real serious work. The mac monitors and overall graphics are way better than that of a PC. Every designer that uses a computer for work will tell you the same... |
