Parris Island platoon 3066: June 18, 1987 to September 9, 1987. Semper Fi to all Marines; past, present and future.
BTW a few of us 1091 guys are finding one another and are looking to have our 20 year reunion.

20 pull ups (dead hangs) NOT TIMED 80 sit ups TIMED (2 minutes) 3 mile run TIMED (18 min for a perfect score) Do as many push ups as you can. Take that number and do 2 repititions a day. Every week add one push up until you plateau. Do 3 repititions a day after this.
If you have not ran in a while. Start out walking a mile every day. Then jog 2 miles after a few weeks.Walk 3 miles when you get used to Jogging.Consult w/Doctor.
