| I have the 2GB Creative Zen... it works quite smooth and good. I rellay like it and I use 4 everything... Listen to muisc, watch videos, watch photos I take with my camera...It is quite easy to use and if you have a 2GB Zen and a 2GB Memory Card it is quite good( the same as I have) It is quite light. The only thing I can say negaitve is that the Zen does not have a speaker where to lsiten to, you have to lsiten italways with your ear phones... 4 me the Creative Zen is gd. :D |

| Just an FYI to those that may not know. I bought a Patriot brand 16GB high capacity SD card for my 2GB Zen. Even though the support site does not list this card as compatible, it works just fine. I got it locally from Fry's Electronics for $59.95. |

| Great player. From what I do know however, the screen, or the player itself is very prone to scratching. It is basically a more affordable and smaller version of the Zen W, with less features, good none the less. |

I bought an 8 gb and it stopped working after a few months they had horrible techinical assistance and it cost me money to call about a refund it wasn't a toll free number! after i recieved my replacement mp3 player i had the same problem with it about 3 weeks after igot it iam still waiting for my 2nd replacement |
