Roeper and a guest reviewer favorably review The Hammer.
The Hammer gets two thumbs up. Ebert is currently holding the rights to the "thumbs up" terminology due to a legal dispute. "Ebert, who is negotiating a new contract with the syndicated TV show's distributor, Disney-ABC Domestic Television, is a copyright holder on the signature "thumbs up-thumbs
down" judgment that's part of each film review. He has "exercised his right to withhold use of the `thumbs' until a new contract is signed," the Walt Disney Co.-owned company said in a statement released Friday to The Associated Press."

Just saw it based on Roeper's and Michael's recommendation. They are right; good solid film. Carolla is surprisingly subdued and definite leading man material. Good for him!

I've already seen this movie 2x in the theater it's that good. The movie industry is completely stupid if a movie this great isn't shown nationwide. Adam is the most entertaining guy & along with Dr. Drew has an IQ higher than anyone else in entertainment.
