Both were mad nice. THey had 2 different styles. I think Pac was more poetic and had more heart in his rhymes, like they way he spitted em, you could tell he really meant every word. On the other hand biggie had a unique and smooth voice and flow and was a very good storyteller witha a vivid imagination. They can't be compared like in ''who's better?'', it's more like ''who's better at what ?''
