i agree i hate today's music, i can never put on the popular hits radio anymore cause it's covered with gay ass rap and r&b shit and the pussy ass of what people call "rock bands" today like the jonas brothers and three days grace that can barely play a fucking guitar. I usually listen to led zeppelin and pink floyd around that area but alice in chains are really damn good, and they actually have talent.

Ya no I watch this video and even though I am going thru a life episode that is pretty bad. I can honestly listen to this song and think. Whoa my life isnt so bad. Layne on the other hand was miserable. Its unfortunate that he died but maybe that was what was best for him. Its sort of like seeing someone who is slowly dieing and hoping they die sooner so they are no longer in pain.

Whats sad is I can relate to alot of there songs... And thats just through drugs alcohol and being married... I do not want to end up like Layne god rest. Alice In Chains is the only band on which I bought every album. The greatness of his music and lyrics may have stopped but it will live on forever. He is in his own class. Unfuckentouchable...

I still love AIC and everything, but I find most of their videos rather lackluster. Except the clay-animated one, that was great. Also, Get Born Again was interesting (kinda reminded me of Silverchair's Freak video).

in times when they released that song most of the videos out there where like that. This video is not action packed but i stil like it though, it has this "thing" in it, it fits to the song, it's simple and from heart, not like the most over narrated videos you see on MTV these days.

Rest in peace, Layne Staley. I named my son Layne Sidney Day after Layne Staley and Sid Vicious. Alice in Chains is my favorite band of all time. Down in a Hole is my favorite song of all time. Modern bands ain't shit compared to Alice in Chains and alot of bands from the 90's. Layne Staley blow Kurt Cobain away to pieces!!!!!!!!!

fore of those who argue which is better, Nirvana or AIC, I woud say (from all my heart) u guys are morans. bothh of these bands are equaly important to the rising of the grunge culture. Nirvana held the punk side of grunge and AIC held the metall side of grunge. AIC and Nirvana - Nirvana and AIC these are the pillars on which was grunge raised, stod, stands and allways will stand.

Wrong why would you talk nirvana on an AIC song? We're all AIC fans I hate nirvana I think kurt doesn't have talent only rest of the band does. Nirvana drowns compared to AIC. AIC is legendary remember you're only comparing how rated they are. Nirvana is overrated and AIC is underrated compare to them. AIC kills nirvana. But, we should not discuss these arguments because there both were grunge and thats all that matters with us grungies.
