He is alleging copyright violations, slander, libel, RICO violations (Racketeering, Influence and Corrupt Organizations-RICO was created to take down the New York mafia). This occured 2 months ago. "The Return of Dr. Octagon" album is fake because they stole his materials from the real album. This controversy has been going-on for years and now the hijacking scum is in deep, deep trouble.

There is a big lawsuit by the original producer because this whole album was appearently a scam. Which explains why it sucks. Fanatik-J has filed suit and eventually the real album will be released.

i haven't read anything yet on this lawsuit, though i've heard... however, this track is fuckin sick regardless. hope things work out. artists like these need to make more art. This video is a true, nostalgic 'B-Movie' style with a badass track busted out by Keith. hard to just give it one star, i would hate for main-streamers to miss out on this. they're always talkin shit about underground 'backpack rap.' Underground is everything experimental that radio/promoters get scared to play...
