Heh, I think what's funnier than Carlin's jokes is watching the comments section as all of the retards come out of the woodwork to put in their 2 cents. In the left corner we have braindead bible-thumping church-going overzealous religious robots and in the right corner we have brainded nothing-believers who cannot fathom something otherworldy simply because they cant "see it" or some other lame-brained excuse. And both sides fight without realizing that they're making asses out of themselves.

It was this performance in which George convinced me there was no God and there never was. It was then that I realized I had known it all along. That about 8 years ago. I always counted on George being there to play the role of advisor. Now he's gone, but not really... ya know? We can always watch these vids and pour over his message and for that alone, George will never die. George is setting people free with his words. Free from the tyranny of bullshit. KUDOS, RESPECT FOREVER.

Kane987245: There was no "First human being", there was a continually evolving series of species which continued to develop and change. And as for popping out of nowhere, we didn't. Evolution did NOT happen by chance. The fact that there are many species that have numerous flaws does not suit Intelligent Design but a continually evolving world. Some species will continue some won't. Humans have a shelf life. We won't be the dominant species forever.

Kane. I couldn't agree more. We certainly DID NOT come from monkeys. Never in the whole of evolution or existence did we evolve or come any where near evolving from or along side monkeys. It was Apes, which are a completely different species. And even that is a laymans statement as the great apes and humans evolved from a common ancestor. Its hard to beleive there might be a god because there is no evidence that satisfies all the questions as to a God's existence.

There are so many pointless things in the world that an intelligent God would have no reason to create. As for shutting up as this subject is cut off. This subject will always continue, Carlin himself was a strong Atheist and it's natural for theistic discussions to spring up in his comments. And why should I shut up? i never heard of george carlin until a few months aggo wen i caught "its bad for ya" at 2am. At first i wasnt impressed until i realized he had so much fucked up shit figured out. it enlightened me and nowadays i cant believe i spent the last 18 yrs of my life a brainwashed muslim following the god and our bullshit goverment and country in general. RIP George Carlin, easily the greatest intilectual role model ive ever encountered.

I don't see how this segment had to do with evolution. and so what if your science teacher says intelligent design is right if he believes in god he's obligated to say so. Any scientist will tell you how to disprove evolution intelligent design falls apart at the seems because there is nothing to TEST you can't have god come down to the lab and SHOW us how he did it. And speaking something into existance is magic.
