She might not really become a pop star in the future but at the moment, she's better than any of the pop stars in the world. No one has the cute voice that she uses to sing all these songs. She might lose the cute voice as she grows up but right now, she is a indeed a child-pop star.

And it is amazing that some people are such skeptics that they don't know talent when they see it. Puh-lease, this girl probably sings better than you ever will, sour grapes. =x And just so you know, pop isn't the only genre around. ^.^ There's classical, opera, hmm, how many others. ALOT. By the way. Her voice at the finals was a bit shaky at some points, but she seems to have improved a lot by the recording. Good systems and practice can do wonders upon a wonder. =)

take your own advice ade5kira, you evidently dont know talent either, im not a singer, so your second point about sour grapes is moot, im fully aware of other genres, pop being the most "popular" hence "pop", is also the most lucrative,since this little girl clearly doesnt fit any other genre but "pop", im not sure what your point was, this girl is drilled to sing like an adult, but has the voice of a child,sounding very unnatural, i blame the parents..poor manipulated child

Lol. Thing is, I AM a singer. ^^ Not excellent, but better than most. =) And I DO know talent when I see it. I don't know about having been drilled to sing like an adult, but it doesn't sound unnatural at all, because her voice IS a lot more mature than one would expect at her age. Less squeaky for one thing. It does retain its childishness at some points, but so far, it hasn't affected her singing too negatively. ^^ Talent is talent discoguy. Grew up in a music environment, so I do know. (:
