| Hi every1, Thanks for ur comments! The lower & the upper abs r very much 1 muscle, but as we mentioned, we want 2 work the entire muscle in order 2 isolate the abs. Moving through the entire range of motion is the most effective way to work the muscle! Pressing ur back into the floor as u know is called a pelvic tilt. u want to do this 2 protect the back! In physical therapy they really stress this while doing any abdominal exercises. |

| A lot of people work their abs 4 times or more a week, I do mine every other day. It depends on your body and what you are going for with how many you do. I do what my trainer gets me too and it's fine, keeps your stomach flat and toned. |
