I have PCOS as well [along with hypothyroidism] and I'm on Metformin. It helped with a lot of my symptoms, but it made me gain a lot of weight [which I'm finding hard to get off because of my thyroids inactivity] But anyways, Hope Metformin works good for you.

I have PCOS and hypothyroid also (among other health issues). Metformin helped me lose 50 pounds in about 3 months when I first got on it three years ago. Good luck! I am still on it, but it makes me so tired after taking it. PCOS sucks!
