Lets see... they did shoot the tires... other options would have been... - Shooting the radiator when the guy was standing in front. - Ramming the fleeing vehicle. - Block the streets instead of standing aside. - Performing the PIT manoeuvre on one of the straight aways. Instead their incompetence led to them killing a suspect who could have easily been apprehended by the forces of most western countries.

I would almoust call this video as police brutality and endagering the life of innocents. At 0:38 he shoots in the middle of a people just to take out the tires. Then they could have used a nail carpet to slow the car down / do a car block. At the end they shoot un unarmed person? I will never go to Taiwan with this dangerous loser.
