Do what feels comfortable was a tip i particularly like and it's the most important. Everyone is different and uses different playing styles, think outside the box.. Good video.
As for the rest of your comment, I seriously fucking hope you were kidding... My god, I can play the main riff from Reptilia, and if I can do it, anybody who picks up a guitar can do it, because I fucking suck.
When it comes to guitarplaying of this level. Like Joe and Kirk. Or Jimmy H and Stevie RV, then they're not "Teaching" one another. Shit like that don't get learnt. The shit's in your blood and it's your dad'd blood and their dad's blood! You see what I mean, by it's in the blood? They simply get inspired by one another, but in no way taught, as amazing as they are. I heard Eric Clapton say in a video that he thought Stevie RV was actually better than him. what a musician!
