I looked at both before my purchase. BMW had a attitude that you should kiss their ass.
Mercedes was a better choice and affordable.

I made the mistake of purchasing a Chrysler thinking Mercedes might have some say-so in quality. I was wrong! Avoide buying Chrysler it is a piece of shit.
The sales people are worse than Ford snake oil salesmen. The service department is just as bad. Dont make a $30,000 mistake. I bought another Mercedes and Im trying to dump the Chysler.
If Mercedes has any say they should fire and get rid of most of the worthless franchise dealers. (Example Geogetown Texas)

For some time I the Mercedes was a rich mans car, until I started to notice that the so-called better cars were over priced or the priced close to the Mersedes.
Mercedes treats its costomers with respect and gratitude even if they pull in with a twenty year old car. Can you say that about Lexus, BMW or Honda, I doubt it.

To all of you that dont don this by now: Mercedes and Chrysler are no longer business partners and the Daimler-Chrysler Corporation does no longer exist! Now Mercedes stands alone as Daimler AG, and it definitely has no say-so what-so-ever in regards to Chrysler craftmanship and quality.
