Don't forget the great things Abramovich has done for the area that he is governor of in Siberia. He's built schools, a university hospitals, he's created jobs for the people, pumped in millions of his own cash to create a better economy.Looks to me likes he's doing his part to give back.

What are you smoking? Everyone knows the Russian mafia now works through administrative positions, (it's not the 90s anymore). Think about it, why would Abramovich, a man who lives in London, be appointed Governor of the least populated state in Russia, in the far-east of Russia. They said to "protect" the environment. His position allowed him to make more billions raping the land. The infrastructure he built was just so his own trucks could move more efficiently. So he built a hospital or school or something, how much does that cost in Siberia, $10,000? How much were Putin's tax cuts for Abramovich's drilling, logging, and other environmentally "friendly" activities? Something around $4 billion. Wow, thank you Mr. Governor. Please remember less than 5 yrs ago they were elected, now Putin appoints governors.
