And even then you can be hold in contempt of court in some situations even if you do plead the 5th. Cease didn't snitch. People just toss out the word when they hear about someone in a court room, talking. In most cases you have no choice, you can't sit there and not say anything. |

Supposedly they don't know exactly what your going to say so you plead the 5th to everything the only question you answer is your name and address other then that you plead the 5th on everything. Remember cop in the OJ trial he was called to testify in a criminal case and plead the 5th to everything.
