couldn't help but ... ( 13 hours ago by Tomatogrower)
couldn't help but to read what you had to say...i understand your points... ...and you don't need to reply back to this if you don't want to...i just want to acknowledge my opinion :) no matter what movie come out in theaters, it's going to have an impact on at least one person, influencing people in both positive and negative ways... over emphasized gun movies are going to account for at least one gun incident concerning a minor, where the minor is in control of the weapon...
(srry, i forgot to ... ( 13 hours ago by Tomatogrower)
(srry, i forgot to mention this is a reply to prdot)...anyways.... a superhero movie could motivate a kid to gravitate towards liking a villain, and imitating them... the media in general does this... many video games today contain lots of violent and obscene material, causing some minors to act upon them in negative ways... music too, i know kids who listen to things that contain mature material in the lyrics...kids i know who are under 10, listening to lyrics about sex, drugs, and guns
(continued) juno is ... ( 13 hours ago by Tomatogrower)
(continued) juno is another type of those movies, at least one girl is going to get pregnant from this, no doubt about it...which is very unfortunate in that sense... the reason i like the movie though is because of character development...she transforms into a carefree teen into a more responsible young adult...for her, the transformation was because of her pregnancy...and by all means, i am not promoting the idea for girls to get pregnant to mature...
(continued) but ... ( 13 hours ago by Tomatogrower)
(continued) but anyways...all sorts of obscene media have been put into the hands of the public... jus' because a minors play a game(or watch a movie) centered about gun shooting doesn't mean that a majority of them will become murderers, a small selected few might, but that's a very small amount... with that said, i highly doubt juno is going to increase the amount of teen pregnancies by a noticable degree thxs for reading if you did i jus' wanted to get my opinion across as well :) - Konfu

Whether you want to ... ( 6 hours ago by prdot)
Whether you want to believe it or not, this movie does, and will effect young girls minds..if you don't believe that..than you're in denial..big time. This movie in the hands of the wrong youth...can and will promote teenage pregnancy. With the world being in such an overwhelming predicament, trying to keep up with the worlds over population, by putting a movie out like this in my opionion is just sick. Not to mention the fact that
a serious subject is made into a spoof on
teen pregnancy.

no, hun, she was kitty pryde in x-men and also starred in Hard Candy, an amazing movie.
(a reply to prdot) ... ( 4 hours ago by Tomatogrower)
(a reply to prdot) well, i might as well say this then... about me: i AM a teenage female in a serious relationship with my boyfriend, he and i have seen this movie...this movie has NOT promoted any sexual activity between us (he and i are still virgins in case you're wondering) you're right, it will probably affect a few girl, but not a large amount just like you don't see a large increase of gun violence in minors when a popular gun video game comes out...
(continued) nowhere ... ( 4 hours ago by Tomatogrower)
(continued) nowhere have i seen in the news or read in a newspaper about a significant increase of teenage pregnancies due to this film
Your ignorance is ... ( 3 hours ago by prdot)
Your ignorance is profoundly staggering. You're so much in denial and so sick with guilt that you're now grasping at straws by making up stories. How in mother nature would you ever find out what effect this movie has on young teenage girls? Nobody in this country cares about the effects of this movie, because if they did, this movie would have never been made! Money is the main concern of this country, not effects. Lol..duh!!
(a reply to prdot) ... ( 3 hours ago by Tomatogrower)
(a reply to prdot) you're not convincing me...explain why i haven't become pregnant from this film...if it is such a big deal, how come my friends aren't getting pregnant, my neighbors, or the girls at my school (which has about 3000 students, roughly 50% are female) all you're doing is stating you're opinions without any back up information... all i see (& don't take this personally) is that you're an unstable adult, if you are right, convince me that you are...all i hear is blabbering from you
I wonder how many ... ( 3 hours ago by mermaidariel101)
I wonder how many people that bag on the movie have actually seen it. It's not just a bunch of laughs, this is a serious subject. And it transforms her into a real adult. I think this movie serves a lot of good messages, starting from the fact that she didn't have an abortion.
Oh! I get it! Lol. ... ( 3 hours ago by prdot)
Oh! I get it! Lol. Now, because I don't agree with you..I'm according to you...unstable. Yeah..sure! You're still grasping at straws.
And, making stuff up as you go along. I think you could be unstable...and in total denial. This movie Juno, I can describe in one word...deplorable.
I wouldn't insult ... ( 3 hours ago by prdot)
I wouldn't insult my intelligence by seeing this movie. From what I've seen briefly, because it's too sickening to watch, is the
ridiculousness of this sick movie. For one thing you can't be in a regular public high school..pregnant..they send you to another school. And, you can't find parents for your baby in the Penny Saver. The high rate of teenage pregnancy is this country is very high. Is it a concern of people like you?
Absolutely not. That's where the problem lies.
(a reply to prdot) ... ( 3 hours ago by Tomatogrower)
(a reply to prdot) now that i think about it, there was one girl at my school who did get pregnant before the movie came out...it spread like wildfire, everybody knew...so if a girl were to get pregnant at my school, her secret isn't safe... and you don't have anything to back up your points...so honestly, it just seems like a bunch of jibber-jabber to me...i got examples at least ;) and it's sad to see that you aren't accepting my true facts...that ma'am is denial right there
Still making stuff ... ( 2 hours ago by prdot)
Still making stuff up as you go along. You're
starting to bore me. Grow up and face the music..tg..this movie is disturbing. I was shocked when this movies previews invaded my t.v.! And they really pushed this movie practically down our throats. Teen pregnancy is nothing to be made into a corny movie about. It's too serious of a subject. The worlds landfills are over wrought with poopy diapers that almost never decompose and teen
pregancy at such a high rate..sick, very sick.
(a reply to prdot) ... ( 2 hours ago by Tomatogrower)
(a reply to prdot) well no, i'm not making anything up...but if i'm boring you...why do you keep replying...i jus' see you type the same things over and over...pretty repetitive...i like a challenge you prdot (according to your channel) are a parent, probably not involved in the teenage environment yet...i'm submerged into the teen world, you'd think i know what's happening in it... face it, there aren't any noticeable increased rates in teenage pregnancy bec. of the film
Ha, I am a teen so ... ( 2 hours ago by mermaidariel101)
Ha, I am a teen so it is of concern to me. Still a virgin here, if you would also like to know. And nothing about this movie makes me want to jump out into the world because I think it's cool to be pregnant. Does it really matter where she found adoptive parents? I surely don't think so, as long as she found another alternative besides abortion when she didn't want to have the baby.
And maybe the laws ... ( 2 hours ago by mermaidariel101)
And maybe the laws are different where you live, I don't claim to have extensive knowledge of the subject, but maybe the laws allow teenagers to attend the same school wherever this movie takes place. I think it's good that she was allowed to stay at the same school. It shows the kids that pregnancy is very real, and it could happen to any of them. Even the people that you think you know well.
This page is ... ( 1 hour ago by prdot)
This page is censored for anything having to do with telling the truth about what really happens to children that are left for the state to take care of. This page wouldn't let me post comment on the reality of this subject. That's how corrupt this program is.

you're right, because you aren't acknowledging the the truths reality as well

You're not making ... ( 10 minutes ago by prdot)
You're not making sense. The truth/reality is
that the state is overloaded with children that can't find homes. Why? Because, young teens thought that they could handle the huge responsibility of children and they couldn't.
So what does that leave? That leaves the
overwhelmed state to take care of the problem.
Can I post this comment? Or is it going to
be censored as well?
