True. We waged war on Germany when they attacked France and England in WWI. Then we went home in peace. We waged war on Japan and Nazi Germany when they invaded and enslaved Europe, China, and the Pacific. Then, we went home in peace. We waged a cold war, sacrificing American lives and dollars, to protect Europe from the USSR. We went to Korea to protect the South from the North.
Over and over, it's true. We did wage war....to preserve freedom, and peace. What did YOU do in the war Daddy?

first of all...germany never attacked neither england nor china. And of course you only list the wars in which you could almost say the US fought for liberty or democracy. But what about cuba vietnam afghanistan and iraq? Who did you defend there? Maybe the civilians you killed or the civilians who survived and now have a worse live then before those wars? Those wars weren't for freedom or peace...they were fought to earn money.

Germany drew England into WWI by attacking English allies. England was attacked by both air and sea. Japan DID invade and enslave much of China in WWII.
US did not invade Cuba. We supported Cubans in trying to topple the communist dictator in Cuba. Afghanistan was a vipers nest of religious extremists and terrorists, and it's people suffered under the Taliban (who attacked us first) greatly. Saddam Hussein killed 250,000 of his own people, and mad

Of course there were no regular soldiers in Cuba. But thanks to Kennedy they all got sluaghter. It was one of his best decisions not to give them air support. And his worst to start the blockade. And Afghanistan is a nest of religious extremists? The US is a nest of religious extremists. You got more sects than the rest of the world. And the US made much more wars than Iraq. So why is no one attacking them? Because no one is stupid enough to risk a nuclear war...except the US of course.

The US is hardly extreme. All religions are freely practiced here...and no one chops off peoples heads with rusty scimitars, as was the Taliban tradition. Woman are not killed in the US for exposing thier faces or naming a teddy bear Mohammed.
The US does not arbitrarily attack other nations. We did, however, make a mistake by not toppling the Castro regime. We do bear responsibility for allowing Cubans to suffer under his cruel reign. Perhaps, some day, Cubans will know freedom.

It's no ones place to police the world, let the people do it themselves. If Cubans have a problem with the government then the Cuban people should do the same thing Castro did, get rid of the current government.

Not true at all. Many weaker nations are unable to protect themselves from bullies and extra-national insurgencies. You think Georgia should have to stand alone against the Russian bear? The ethnic Kosavars should have to fight the might of Serbia with sticks and stones? That is a system that would allow the weak to be subjugated by bullies.
Castro did not take over Cuba alone. The USSR provided him with both monetary and military support. The US stood by and watched....and Castro won easily.

No Castro did take over Cuba by himself. He wasn't a communist from the beginning. The US made a embargo over Cuba so no country except for the SU would trade with them. He had no chance than being a communist. And you're right many nations are unable to protect themself...like Iraq and Afghanistan

Thas brain washing deluxe, you even tend to like it :) And I am sure, after that, germans liked russians more, the fears from wartimes started to vanished more, and no one felt like a teacher spoker :-) Nonsens anyways, but once in a while you should get drunk, and liste to this song :-) I'm leaving now for the Hotelux, in case you know it :)
