| Stop buying made in China goods is not going to help. Didn't you listen to what Dave said, it's the government spending that's causing the problem. US government, all agencies have to make the hard choice and cut back on spending. But, most if not all elected officials just keep on passing the buck. I would like to think something will be done to fix this crisis but it's truly doubtful when you got officials more worried about being elected than making the tough choices for the people. |

| The problem is that people are stupid. They just vote for whatever program they believe is good. People don't realize that any time the government spends any money on anything, it's really spending YOUR tax dollars (or taxes from future generations). Obviously there is rampant corruption in the government, but they often MUST spend money on these popular programs, even if they don't want to, in order to get votes. As noted in the video, overspending comes from 2 things: stupidity or pure greed. |

| Dave, You should be ashamed yourself and the company (federal reserve). I have paid into soc sec and medicare for over 30 years. This is my retirement, you were COMPTROLLER it is your responsibility to make that fund grow and insure that it is available to us as we need it. | He's a number cruncher, like an accountant you might hire. The accountant can tell you you're over spending but you don't have to listen. You might have your next "deal" in the works. His bosses (president & congress) didn't listen & spent what SHOULD have been saved and untouched, and ran up deficit spending/debt. I don't expect to receive anything.
