Thanks! If you want my opinion on how to lose that weight...I have one;) I do an hour of my yoga style three times a week--that's it! I used to work out much more, but I look better doing a concentrated arms and legs yoga workout for muscles and cardio. Eat smart 6 days a week--veggies, lean protein, a little olive oil or nuts, yogurt, you know...then on the 7th, eat about double what you normally would to shock your metabolism and keep it from getting too low. Let me know how it goes! xoSadie

What an awesome video! I read Perez's blog daily and (a few weeks ago) when he posted this video I tried doing it everyday. I have never done yoga before and I'm really enjoying it. Thanks so much Sadie! This video is wonderful. I've done it twice today (once this morning and once now) and it's awesome. I have a question - I'm trying to tone and strengthen my upper thighs and my abdominals. Do you have any yoga exercises that would help me out? Thanks again! XO
