Sorry u guys are right Incredible Bongo Band. They have another break beat that was never sampled that was mean. Also google "old School flyers" I tried to put the link but no success trust u learn some names of some of Hip hops best

Ayo also look into that Quest sample for Lyrics to Go originally done by Minnie Riperton (Come inside my love). I think it's on the flip side of the other Minnie you played used by Quest. Also check the Bob James one that Kwame used on The Rhythm (Boy Genenuis) I used to know the name of that album and btw the song nautilus has always been one of my joints its so funky.

ABX149 Your Jumping ahead on me!!!! : ) Yeah "Parade Strut" is the joint on the Willie Dynamite Ost. As Far as Rare Earth. Im not Too big of a fan. It's usually hit or miss with me on them. I just like their main drum break cut's like "Get Ready", " I just want to Celebrate", and a couple uprocking joints, But that's about it. Unlike Williw Hutch where I like almost all his material.

Well the only reason I give Rare Earth honorable mention is due to fact it was one orignal break beats from park jams in 75 on up. Gotta Rock sped up was what cats made many a rhyme and routines to. Especially Cold Crush .... Oh and dont worry young buck:) I'm staying in my place when it come to you 2 young jedi's.. I just have to stick my 2 in there somewnere...
