Thank you, I just viewed it. It's a fine video, acknowledging the importance of fatherhood and calling for donations. I know that the mother's day video quotes Julie Ward Howe, and I understand the context in which she originally suggested those words. But: "I earnestly ask that a general CONGRESS OF WOMEN without limit of nationality may be appointed and held at someplace deemed most convenient..." These words propose and suggest exclusion of males from discussion.

(continued) The term "CONGRESS" implies creation of a politically empowered body, and I believe exclusion of any group from a political body would be detrimental.

In order to live "in peace", should British and American sons not have gone into battle to fight German and Japanese sons in the 1940s, then (or Baathist sons in 2003)? Thereby allowing the German sons and the Japanese sons (ie, Nazis and Imperialists) to continue the murder of innocent, unarmed sons (and daughters) of civilians in the countries they occupied?
