Rinconada Town Center is a planned 621,000 square foot, Wal-Mart Supercenter anchored, mixed use development. This project will consist of retail, office and high density multifamily. Rinconada Town Center is located within the Pueblo de las Alamedas subdivision, a master planned development that consists of 103 acres of prime Commercial, Manufacturing and Multifamily land. This development is located 1.61 miles east of the Interstate 25 & Highway 70 intersection. The property has major frontage and full access to Highway 70. The major roadways through this subdivision are Highway 70, Rinconada Boulevard and Northrise Drive. Retailers in the immediate area include: Sam's Club, Lows Home Improvement, Ashley Furniture, Hollywood Video, Kmart, Family Dollar, Walgreens, Telshor Cinema 12, IHOP, McDonalds, Pizzeria Uno, Cold Stone Creamery and Starbucks. Hotels include: Fairfield Inn by Marriott, Towne Place Suites by Marriott, Motel 6 and Super 8. As of 8.2007, there are over 71,572 planned or under construction residential units within the east mesa of Las Cruces.
