were there no solos in this showcase? I would have LOVED to see some of those voices do solos! great performances. the 1st song gave me chills because i love that song so much and it was unexpected in the interpreation.

I kind of agree about the solos, however I think this was the smarter idea. With a group that size, and with egos to match (I'm sure) this was an appropriate way to make sure everyone is showcased equally.

I definitely see what you mean joel. I just wish that they showcases them as individuals and not as a "chorus" i.e. the beginning chorus line count off.

the freshmen students put this showcase together, so you could see why there would be some animosity if some were chosen to perform solos and some weren't. however, at the senior showcase, there are solos, and that is put together by faculty. so as for there being no solos in the freshmen showcase, i think they made a good decision. plus...it's awesome

Everyone was in a group of four who did there own songs and they sang solos in that, but this is an edited verison just to show the ensemble numbers
