The White House Correspondent's dinner is always a circus. It is an invitation by the cabinet for people to make fun of things--lighten things up if you will--If any of you think that this was "unplanned" or "very brave" it wasn't. All of his jokes were screened and approved, not to mention bad.

Funny thing is, I've seen old clips of him speaking as Governor; he was concise, clear.. an all around good speaker. I wonder what happened to him? He's so different now it actually seems like an entirely different person was speaking back then.
Also, back in the day, it even sounded like his words were his own..

No way this would have ever passed "screeners" - and why would they even have that in the first place.
As far as brave when's the last time you even GAVE a speech let alone to a room of the most powerful people in the country and getting no love from the audience. Trust me, a comic, this is VERY difficutl to pull off.
