Trust me. Cotto is B grade. Andre Berto has Mayweather speed with Power. Cotto has been protected by Bob Arum from day 1. Bob Arum said several times that he didn't want to match Cotto with Mayweather.

I think Berto has potential to be good. He has good form, speed, and substantial speed. Only worry in my mind for him is his chin, I've seen him dropped with a quick left hook ( a reason he shouldn't even think of a match with Cotto right now =D ).
