Wow--that was pretty good. The lines during the drum break are quite amazing--they are pretty much in perfect sync. Aww--jupiter is in 4/4. Why? You guys could have handled it in 3 just fine.

moanalua is known for their unique style of directing. we wanna be known for our own style and not be like an ordinary marching band... i guess that's what makes us unique because you hardly see that kind of conducting in a marching band right?

everyone arguing needs to calm down. jesus. and this is a good show. you can see how much the band has changed though. it's gotten a lot cleaner and like the colorguard is PERFECT now compared to this show. it's not the best, but i still like it. I believe 2005 was the best year I've seen. Next would be 2006 show. but this one isn't bad at all.

the whole reason why moanalua added amazing grace to their repertoire is because it was a tribute to Ellison Onizuka, the Hawaii born astronaut who died aboard the Space shuttle Challenger. those 3 posters that are being held at around 5:14 starting from the far left is the space shuttle discovery, a portrait of ellison, and the nasa logo.

i don't know if you guys can see it but the band also makes a rose. and while those posters are being represented to the crowd, the drumline who do not play in the movement are the one's holding the posters and doing sign language, explaining that this tragedy would not be forgotten and that the crew will always remain in our hearts.

the flags use white flags for a reason, as they do their choreography with grace. and as the piece moves along and the sets change you see a cross being made. i think the whole marching band just did a wonderful job, touching those lives of everyone in the crowd and who watches this. good job band!

if i were to rate your schools history of shows for the past 8 years, here how i would place them: 1. 2005- pirates 2. 2003- space show 3. 2006- passion of red 4. 2004- west side story 5. 2002- incantation 6. 2007- tower of power 7. 2001- malaguena 8. 2000- arabian nights just my opinions, how would you guys rate their shows???
