| Incompetent 911 operator, why doesn't Lorain County have an auto address report to 911? Backwater sheriff department, "hang on a minute"? What's your name? Thank god I no longer live in this backwater area of Ohio. Total incompetence by emergency personnel. |

| This county should have advanced 911. Once the caller calls, the address should automatically appear on the screen. ALSO - once the call taker was advised someone is not breathing, they should begin instruction NOT BE TRANSFERD.... I hate transfer 911 systems ... |
