This particular positive-chamber organ has one manual, no pedalboard, bellows operated manually or electrically, it has a very limited number of stops near the keyboard like a cembalo and the pipes are relatively numberous for its dimension, made of metal and wood, inside the main body of the organ.

Koopman uses two chamber organs, an Elbertsen built in 1983 (used on Haendel Messiah and Concertos) and this one (used on Bach b minor Mass), a Klop and Garnier.

Too many notes? It's exactly what in the film 'Amadeus' is said about Mozarts music. It's just a style you have to learn to appreciate. The skills of Ton Koopman are indeed above any doubt. He's the best in Barok music, famous because of the rich variation in the way he composed different pieces on the same melody.
