Korean is easier in learning the alphabet, but SOOO much harder for me in pronunciation; while Japanese is reeaaalllyy easy in pronunciation for me, and it's a little bit harder to get the alphabet(s).

Japanese is easier to pronounce for English speakers, yes. But Korean is miles easier than Japanese to read and write. No KANJI! You can seriously learn to read and write Korean in a day or two at most. I'm learning both, and they each have their difficulties. I use japanesepod101 and koreanclass101, it's a good way to learn (and the daily lessons are free). Try them out...

Japanese overall is easier for me - but that's probably because my teacher is good. The only hard part is Kanji. Korean is pretty hard to pronounce at times but the alphabet looks easy enough. =]
