good fight.. but it didnt look like superman was fighting.. the intensity of the fight was at most at the level of terminator-3 (but for the atmosphere re-entry). they could have given superman's demise so much more.

Doomsday would win simply because he has no intelligence, he just attacks and tries to kill who ever gets in his way. Also, Doomsday has no bone structure, he is as solid as adamantium.
