Thank you everybody for your stories. It really touched me as I read them! This song reminds me of the biitersweetness in growing up, and the loss of my Father who I disowned for three years, and told him my wife was pregnant with our first. Next day he was killed in a motorcycle accident. Thank you, it touched me deeply!

this song remineds me of my dad, he died when i was 7, im 15 now. i miss him so much. i have a older brother that got to grow up and be with him. and i dont get that chance. the only thing i have from him is his song book, so im learning guitar by it. i wish i could talk to him and idk ask him why he had to smoke

Yea same my dad had a hard time with his dad when he was younger his dad beat him bad he was put in care then he got older and hit his dad then my Grandad got Cancer and died before they could make up very sad.....this song reminds him of that
