BEWARE...Bad Tenants!

Video Description:
My FORMER tenants(Amy and Joe Totaro)who I tried to help, trashed the house I was letting them rent in Brookville, Florida(just north of Tampa). I evicted them after they gave me a fradulent check for $1100(which would not have even covered the rent AGAIN). This shows how they left the place. There was water throughout the home. The carpet was new and it all had to be thrown out. You can learn more about them and see photos on the following site:

I totally understand, my tenants ran out on a 1 year lease
left the state without no forwarding information
they trashed my house as well....BEWARE of WESLEY and LAURA REDDEN, heard they were heading to the wyoming area...I'm still trying to locate them so I can file suit against them! Sucks...I feel for ya!

I think its a good idea to post them. One family took up my whole youtube with their story. She scammed everybody in Illinois and is now basically trying to do it the Greater GAinsville, FL area (Gilchrist County)

This one was not that bad. I spent 15 years cleaning rentals, both private and military quarters. Out of about 100 that I have cleaned, 2 were well cared for and didn't have holes and absolute pigsty conditions. Clothes on the floor can be picked up and thrown out. I've had to shampoo cat poop out of shag rugs, repair numerous holes, throw away couches and other furniture too trashed to be worth selling (had to remove the window to get one couch out)and the iron in the water here worsens it.

This is bad, if the carpet is as bad as this and there are no holes. Save yourself some money and dye the carpet, forget installing new stuff.

I had a bad tenant, one by the name of shawna wiley, s. phoenix az.. On State assistance. Beware of people who are on that program. Bware of these types of people, the state always takes their side, even the judge. Make sure you have official police reports
other copied official documentation when dealing with them in court.

So sorry about your rental. We would like to move and have a very nice home that we just paid off. We were told that we should rent it out. This is one of many reasons that we will NOT because it will not be taken care of. We will sell first THEN move.

Aw man that is so sad, horrible people. What really gets to me though, is what kind of life do their children have? Pooping? Those are some BAD issues. Nice house though ;)

I feel yeah!!! DON'T RENT TO Latrona Anderson or Terrance Sheppard unless you want to support free loaders that destroy everything and of course don't pay rent-They reside in Chicago,IL area BEWARE!!!!!
