She not only put up a sign without the business' permission, she physically blocked them from entering the store, as well as making it more difficult for other potential customers to enter the store.

Scientology had blocked off ~.5 miles of Sunset Blvd. To my west was ANOTHER barricade, with protesters. I was in the middle, a zone with little action. Subway was the only place to eat I could see from my vantage point.
