Yes all matter is energy vibrating at certain frequencies, that can no longer be disputed, ancient Hindu belief said much the same thing. And yes consciousness does create our reality, by consciously directing our bodies to act in the physical world, and by our beliefs and preconceptions directing our actions. All this 'there is no spoon' stuff is nonsense.
