Hmm? I'm not sure. According to wikipedia, in flamenco guitar playing (toque), a "Rasgueado" is "Strumming done with outward flicks of the right hand fingers, done in a huge variety of ways. A nice rhythmic roll is obtained, supposedly reminicent [sic] of the bailaor's (flamenco dancer) feet and the roll of castanets." But what I do there is more of an inward flick, an upstroke not a down. ? Perhaps for political ukulele playing it deserves it's own term, for which I am open to suggestions.

I don't think I've ever seen anyone get that sound with an up(or "in")stroke before...at least not with a guitar (I'm a guitarist.) Perhaps a Haiwain term formed from Polynesian roots such as "inward," "upward," "fingers," "flick," etc...
