Immediately after Sullivan's match against Kraven from (I'm guessing) the May 31, 1980 edition of Georgia Wrestling on WTBS.
Kevin gives his thoughts on the upcoming Georgia Junior Heavyweight Championship and Mark Lewin. That leads to a tape of Lewin and manager the Great Mephisto from Southeastern. Lewin is in full on crazy mode here against Larry Clarke (who the announcer keeps calling Pat Rose). Fun angle where t
he NWA bars the sleeper hold causing the Maniac to refuse to wake up Clarke/Rose.

So he won't release the hold, he won't wake the guy up, and he only wants to put the hold back on the guy. Excellent. And Lewin's body - he made it all believable that a man with a body like his could out muscle an opponent and put him out.

It's a shame that telegram arrived just when Lewin was applying the sleeper. Otherwise they could've explained the rule-change to Lewin in a calm, professional way and assured his buy-in.

That isn't Pat Rose. He was heavier and had dark hair and a moustache. According to Arn Anderson, he was also a slob, but that's another story. Lewin clashed with Ole Anderson over his image. Lewin dressed out of GQ, but Ole wanted him to look like a maniac if that what he was portraying.
