| I saw this show...it was AMAZING. The music, actors, etc. was AMAZING. However, it was like seeing a Disney World show, NOT broadway. the costumes of flounder and sebastian were crazy, and it took 2 seconds to get Ursalas power...King Triton fell lol, and but it was still enjoyable!! but as broadway no, but one of the best stage shows, yes! :) amazing Job Ariel and Flounder were..oh and Ursala, was great!! |

| I'm amazed at the criticism based on this musical. In my opinion it is unique and I'm glad it doesn't adapt from the actual animated movie because it would be like watching it all over again. As far as the costumes, they look great. It's suppose to create an "illusion" that the mermaids are floating. I wouldn't mind going to see it now that Beauty is gone, and Lion King would not be my only option. |
