yes there are criminals that get their guns illegally, but does that mean every murder was committed with an illegal gun? how many people have purchased their gun with the intention of murdering someone. we can never really know, but if the waiting period has saved maybe 10 20 people since it began being inforced is it worth it? i think so, the waiting period never bothered me, a legal gun owner.
