you all realize that he is at least 80 years old when this was made, i believe that he is the most inspiring, perfect master of the violin living. and all those people out there taht say that he lacks emotion, you can go cry to the swaying sloppily fingered, left handed seizured joshua bell for all i care. heifetz is immortal

As a violinist myself I must say that watching him perform this piece (not song) is most uplifting. I wish he was still alive so that I could have met arguably the BEST violinist EVER. God Bless you Jascha.

Though he's not as accurate as in his best (which doesn't mean he wasn't propably the most accurate violinist of all time cause he WAS) still the finese, cold and filled with emotions at the same time style of Heifetz's playing makes him the best violinist of our times...glad I had that luck to hear this truly divine music.
