I am still getting a lot of questions in regards to the 300 rep workout so I decided to release the original 300-rep Spartan workout used by the cast of the movie "300". The rules are simple. Perform all the exercises below in order without any scheduled break in between sets. a) Pullups - 25 r
eps b) Deadlifts with 135lbs - 50 reps c) Pushups - 50 reps d) 24-inch Box jumps - 50 reps e) Floor wipers - 50 reps f) Single-arm Clean-and-Press with 36lb Kettlebell - 50 reps g) Pullups - 25 reps Keep in mind that this is a one-time test only and NOT designed for beginners. I completed this one

just do body weight exercises dude press ups n stuff best think is boxin build up your core strength you'll see a bit of growth but u'll be thick as anythin great foundation for weightliftin when you get a bit older

no your the right age. this is the best time for you. remember to keep it relatively light in weights so you dont injure any tendons and ligaments"which stunts growth" if ya can afford it get this workout to a trainer or someone who is experiened and have them help you. right now if i was you i would use light db no higher then 25's and use some cables,with polymetric exercises like the push pull up etc... body weight movements are great for beginners and remember you grow from nutrition n sleep

I'm not sure...I guess eating a lot of protein rich foods to build up muscle mass,and staying away from fat foods will help. Eat beef, fish and work hard.
