Just because you listen to, according to your comment, only music of the past, doesn't mean your clever and you truly KNOW music. just trust me, people who know music at least appreciate Jeff Tweedy and Wilco's music. This isn't by any means Wilco's best song and is kind of "dad-rock-ish" but any real music lover would know that Jeff Tweedy is one of the greatest songwriters today and that there are NO bands like Wilco. Period.

Nice song, but let's not get carried away people. They (am I speaking in plural here?) are not early, middle, late, ancient, Dylan.
Not sure what they are singing..It's light, one light, over and over and over and over again. Don't get me wrong. Nice song. I liked it. As far as songwriting goes more akin to MC Hammer than Dylan. Just my opinion. I could be wrong.

I think Dylan rambled on to much in his song writing, he needed to be edited, Wilco is an amazing band, plus I've heard Dylan stole most of his lyrics.

Hmm no most of Dylans songs were more like stories, half of em didn't even rhyme, not saying all poems have to rhyme but Dylans songs weren't poetic at all, more like narratives. Also Dylans voice sounds like someone is shoving mothballs up his ass underwater.

you shouldn't ever talk about poetry ever again. bob dylan is a sensational poet. go look up the definition asshole. wow it doesn't rhyme it must not be a poem, are you serious? it's called a ballad, that's a form of a poem that's what you're talking about. there is such a thing as a narrative poem. imagine that. most poems that rhyme suck anyways because they just become cliched with love dove, etc. so yea know what you're talking about before you bash a legend like bob dylan.
