One Armed Scissor is like one of those songs you have to hear in order to first get into a band. It's like a radio friendly song. Sort of like Immigrant Song for Led Zeppelin. I also like Star Slight even though it's so short.

Yes the guitar is in tune... Omar said in an interview with Rolling Stone that when he was in ATDI that he hated the guitar and that is why he had so many effects petal and stuff. He said that he would do whatever he could tom ake his guitar sound liek anything but.. but i liked this video one of my favorite songs [:

no, it's out of tune. he plays dissonant chords on the cd, too, but there the notes are in tune. that's why it sounds different. i also like playing dissonant chords on my guitar, and it tends to sound better when all the strings are in tune with each other.
