Are you serious Bandkid4"? I agree that The SEC is the toughest conference in CFB. But the BigTen is absolute garbage. The BigTen is MEDIOCRE at best. There is no one other than OSU in the BigTen, straight up powerpuff conference full of teams that have names containing glory from decades past!

yeah, Im an ACC guy, a hokie fan. After watching last night the two best teams in the Conference get beat like that,(Clemson and Virginia Tech) on top of a UVA destruction by USC, The State of the Atlantic Coast Conference is in turmoil. EVERYONE SUCKS!!!!!

The problem with the ACC is weak offenses. The ACC is dominated by defenses and that is why the conference performs so badly outside of games between themselves.
Inconsistent and just plain bad quarterback play plagues most of the ACC. Last year the only team that had consistent quarterback play was Wake Forest and they went on the win the conference. No wonder the ACC is 0-8 in the last few BCS bowl games. Weak offenses and shitty quarterback play. You c

Agreed. I knew the Clemson/Bama Game was gonna be a disaster after the First 8 minutes of the 1st Quarter, thats just Clemson being Clemson. I dont know what happened in the VT/ECU Game. As for UVA/USC, I think we all saw that one coming. Maryland barely beating Deleware and BC struggling against Kent State are an indications that we are in trouble. This is by far the weakest ACC I've ever seen!

ok there is a few hard hittin teams in the acc such as florida state but defenses are now dominated by the sec, The Sec is by far the ebst conference in anything pac 10 is overrated.

anyway, whenever MIAMI has a QB and some leadership on andoff the field they are good....maybe we have a QB now....if no one develops on the outside, well get some wrs no doubt...but yes the acc QBS overall are lousy and it shows....acc footall is really tough to watch now, and not just because UM is struggling

Uh...Wake Forest didn't win the ACC last year, Virginia Tech did. You don't know ACC football very well because Matt Ryan was and is one heckuva quarterback. But I'll agree, the ACC is down from where it should be. Give us time.

Oops yeah I messed up there. I meant to say VT. Your're right that Boston College had good quarterback play but the rest of the league was plagued by bad offense. The ACC became the league of stalled drives. Statistically, ACC offenses had the highest FG to touchdown ratio of any conference in the redzone.
The bad offense wasn't a problem when ACC teams played against each other, but it showed in poor non-conference play... VT, winner of the ACC, had been blown out by LSU 48-7 last year.

BUT this year, so far I've seen vast improvmentin ACC offenses. Miami won 41-23 against Texas A&M, UNC routed Rutgers 44-12 and it looks like coach Davis has quite a talented team.
FSU hasn't improved as evidenced by their anemic offense against Wake Forest, losing 12-3... But overall this year I expect the ACC to improve. It just took a few weeks and the ACC has notched a number of wins against non-conference opposition...

It's true about the ACC offense I'm sorry to say. Hopefully things will change and I believe they will. As for LSU last year, yeah we got our ass whipped but our only two losses excluding Kansas was to the #2 team in the nation. I really believe that had VT faced LSU in week 8 instead of 2 it would have been a much better game.

VT's finished with 10 wins in the last 4 years. We don't have the same defense from years gone by, too young, so the offense must improve or that streak will end. We're no match for teams like LSU and USC this year but in a couple of years I believe we will be.
